Dont be afraid to make multiple accounts, unless you are going to abuse them. We need more villagers so each village will have differences.

Smoke-the biggest village
Gold-the most rich village
Moon-the village with the most advanced Jutsu

You cannot kill an entire clan, unless it is a made-up clan. Then you must have permission from all the clan members. Example:

You want your character to be evil.
You want to kill another character's clan.
If their clan is made-up, PM them.
Ask them if you can kill them or their clan.

New Rule

Ok, here is a new rule. You cannot change your powers or abilities or character after you already started RPing.

EXAMPLE

If your character at anytime used the sharingan or claimed to be Uchiha, then you cannot suddenly say that you are now from the Akimichi clan.

You start as an Acemdemy Ninja, then you become a genin, then Chunin, then Jonin, then Sanin, then Kage. There is other ranks too, but they are not required. You are not required to become higher than Academy, and only a few can be Sanin. You can be ranked up by different people, depending on the situation.

OOps I really goofed up this time! I forgot to add the story! So here it is:

100 years after the time when Naruto Anime/Manga takes place. Any destroyed clans repopulated. So the Uchiha Clan isnt dead.

We still have all electrical technology, except for vehicles and guns.

You cannot be some one from the Anime/Manga. You can have their avatar, abilities, personality, or all 3. But you cannot have their name.

You can make up your own clan, village, and jutsu (( I have to approve it first ))
